Guarantees of service in the Environmental and Building Board
As of 160701 the following guarantees of service apply in the area of expertise of the Environmental and Building Board.
The Environmental and Building boars promises the following
We will work with the ambition to process all matters as quickly and simply as possible for the citizen.
- We will give the citizens the advice and assistance they need to handle matters in our area of expertise.
- We will be available to receive visitors at least two hours evert weekday which is not Midsummers eve, Christmas eve or New Years eve. We will also be reachable on telephone, via e- mail, other digital means of communication or fax at least in the times stated above.
- We will complete building permit matters at the latest in ten weeks after the reception of a complete application. If the matter is of great importance or is a matter of principle the time of completion may be prolonged by another ten weeks.
- We will complete simplified application matters at the latest after four weeks after the reception of a complete application. If the matter is of great importance or is a matter of principle, we promise to handle the matter within eight weeks.
- We will handle matters concerning flammable or explosive goods within three months after the reception of a complete application. If there are special reasons, the process may be prolonged by another three months.
- If someone wishes to communicate with us with the help of an interpreter or translator, we will provide such assistance within what is stated in the municipal interpreter and translator agreement.
Revision
Every year when the plan of actions is revised.
